Did Tamia Liu give fans a set of papers, failed and expelled from school?

Liu Taofa Weibo exposed the fan test paper.

Tamia Liu’s flaming lips are fashionable and capable.

1905 movie network news On April 25, Tamia Liu took a group of photos of his own test paper in Weibo, and wrote: "I actually received a fan’s test paper, and my mood now is a bit indescribable." In the picture, Tamia Liu, with delicate makeup, flaming lips, wearing a white shirt and long hair, looks very fashionable and capable.

The examination questions in the examination paper can be said to be all-encompassing. Tamia Liu’s wedding anniversary, the name of the company he opened with his best friend, the songs he sang and the awards he won are all within the scope of investigation, especially the question about the premiere time of the work. It can be said that it is not iron powder that can’t answer it.

The questions in the fan test paper are all-encompassing.

Netizens have commented, "Is this a new operation of self-certification?" "Sister Tao, I like you for so many years, but I have to admit that I may not get full marks." Some netizens asked Tamia Liu: "How many points can you get yourself, Sister Tao?"

Counting the animals that have become national symbols

Xinhuanet Beijing, September 6 th According to the client report of Xinhua News Agency, it has become a national carnival to choose animals that symbolize the country. People like to take some good qualities of animals as a kind of self-motivation. For example, Australians regard kangaroos as a national symbol, which is the pioneering spirit of never jumping forward and never retreating.

Recently, the animated short film "The Rabbit Things that Year" circulated on the Internet is quite popular. In the film, China’s image is portrayed as a cute rabbit-peaceful, harmless and intelligent.

It is not difficult to find that many animals have become national cultural elements. In human history, these animals have been endowed with cultural connotations with the changes of the country, and some even become symbols of the country.

And if you use an animal to represent a country or a nation, what else do you think? Is it an elephant in the South Asian subcontinent, a cheetah in the African prairie, or a bald eagle flying high over America?

The battle between lions and unicorns

When it comes to the British Isles, some people say that the symbol of Britain is a noble lion, while others regard Britain as a grumpy bull by borrowing the satirical novel The Life of John Bull. It is really a headache to choose which animal to represent the country.

In fact, people familiar with European heraldry can easily see the clue about the "mascot" of the British Isles: isn’t the most obvious animal symbol on the royal emblem?

The British royal emblem has two shield animals, one unicorn representing Scotland and the other lion representing England. Depending on the place of use, the two shield beasts will alternate positions from time to time and stare at each other.

Unicorn is a mythical animal from the Old Testament. In Celtic mythology, this kind of animal with high "face value" symbolizes kindness, purity, pleasure, pride, freedom and courage. In medieval European stories, unicorns yearn for beautiful things, and even though they are often caught in the trap woven by girls, they are still persistent. And that spiral horn, which is half a meter long and right in the center of the forehead, is said to be able to treat all kinds of intractable diseases.

For Scots, it is best to represent the independent character of their own nation with the noble, free and beautiful personality of unicorns. Therefore, before King James IV of Scotland succeeded to the throne of King Elizabeth I of England in 1603, the shield beasts on the Scottish emblem were always two pure white unicorns.

Arabian folktales collection "Arabian Nights" records that unicorns are powerful creatures, but this vegetarian animal still has a huge natural enemy, that is, lions. In the legendary duel, the unicorn’s horn was stuck in a tree and was killed by a lion. This story seems ridiculous to the British today, because the official symbol of England is the lion, and there is more than one lion on the coat of arms.

Speaking of it, lions are not native animals in continental Europe. The extinct North African lions should be the first lions seen by Europeans, and they are often trapped animals in the Colosseum in ancient Rome. Because of the lion’s domineering and bravery as the "king of beasts", many medieval European kings like to boast of lions. Except "Lionheart" Richard I, Scottish King William and French King Louis VIII were also called "lions".

The symbol of England is the three golden lions that are inseparable from the red lion. After the Norman Conquest, England began to use Normandy’s double lion coat of arms, and "Lionheart" Richard I added the last golden lion to the badge, which became what it is today.

In fact, for Britain, it is hard to tell whether the national symbol is a unicorn or a lion. As a result, Britain had that nursery rhyme that recorded unicorn and lion fighting for the crown. Looking at modern and contemporary British literary works and artistic intentions, lions and unicorns are also symbols that are difficult to bypass in British culture.

China’s first near-space solar unmanned aerial vehicle was successfully tested.

Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, June 13th Title: "Climb" the China "Rainbow" in the 20,000-meter sky — — China’s first near-space solar unmanned aerial vehicle was successfully tested.

Xinhua News Agency reporters Li Song and Bai Guolong

The wingspan is 45 meters, the surface is covered with solar panels, and the shape is "science fiction"; The next flight can last for months or even years, and it has the characteristics of "quasi-satellite"; It can be used as an "air mobile WIFI" base station, real-time monitoring and positioning at high altitude, and has a broad application prospect … … Recently, China’s Rainbow Solar UAV successfully completed the high-altitude flight test of more than 20,000 meters, which made China the third country to master the technology of solar UAV in near space after the United States and Britain.

Solar unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with completely independent intellectual property rights is expected to become another classic of China’s "intellectual creation".

Ultra-high altitude, long endurance and easy support — — China "Rainbow" climbed high into the sky.

Recently, in an airport in northwest China, the weather was fine, and the rainbow solar drone with a wingspan of 45 meters slowly slipped out along the runway and flew off the runway smoothly, gradually climbing to the adjacent space of 20,000 meters. During the flight of more than 15 hours, the UAV’s flight state was stable and its attitude was controllable, and it flew in an orderly manner according to the designed track, and finally achieved a smooth landing, and the test flight was a complete success.

The load capacity exceeds that of foreign UAVs of the same type, the key technologies are localized, and it has a wide application prospect in the military and civilian fields … … As the latest achievement of China’s "intelligent creation", Rainbow Solar UAV has reached the advanced level in the world with its three magic weapons of super high altitude, long endurance and easy support.

20— from the ground; The airspace of 100 kilometers is called the adjacent space. For the traditional fuel-consuming aircraft, too thin air makes the engine power drop significantly and loses its "place of use". However, this is a space where drones covered with solar panels show their advantages. "Relying on sunlight to provide the whole machine with energy and electric propeller propulsion, it is expected to fly for several months or even longer in the future, so that solar drones can show their talents at high altitude and long voyage." Li Guangjia, head of the Rainbow Solar UAV Project, introduced.

Talking about the technical characteristics of the Rainbow Solar UAV, Shi Wen, the chief engineer of the Rainbow Series UAV, is also gushing, like a few treasures. "Another technical advantage of the Rainbow Solar UAV lies in its high operating cost-effectiveness ratio. Its airborne system is simple, and there is no need for refueling and other support equipment. Due to the long flight time, there is no need to frequently change rotations to complete persistent tasks. "

Solar drones use solar energy as energy and store excess energy in batteries during the day. At night, fly continuously through the battery. "Compared with aircraft powered by chemical fuels, solar-powered aircraft does not pollute the atmosphere, and it is a truly green aircraft and an important direction for the development of drones in the future." Shi Wen said.

China, the solar flight "club", finally occupies a place.

In 1917, the British successfully developed the world’s first unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), which opened the prelude to the development and innovation of UAV in the world. Today, solar-powered aircraft has become the forefront of the development of aviation science in the world, and it is an important field of technology and industry competition in all countries of the world. The development is in the ascendant, the results are one after another, and the competition is fierce.

The development of solar aircraft in the United States started earlier. In 1980, the solar aircraft project was included in the national plan, and solar aircraft such as Pathfinder and Sun God were successively developed. As a leading country in the development of solar-powered aircraft, in 2007, the British Breeze UAV flew in the air for 54 hours with a flying height of over 15,000 meters.

Without adding any fuel and emitting any pollutants, the Swiss "Sunshine Power 2" solar plane, which achieved the feat of flying around the world, has attracted much attention. "Sunshine Power 2" is mainly made of carbon fiber and weighs only 2,300 kilograms, which is equivalent to a small car. During the round-the-world flight in 2015-2016, it reached a maximum of 118 hours of uninterrupted flight, which is one of the important achievements in the development of solar aircraft in the world.

As an aircraft developed all over the world, the reason why countries are willing to invest huge sums of money and human resources is that as a cutting-edge technology product, its technology and integrated industry’s driving ability are quite strong, besides its broad application prospects.

"The solar drone project involves many technical fields such as aerodynamics, structure and energy storage battery. At present, its key technology is still a difficult problem in the development of the world aviation industry, and there are many technical gaps." Li Guangjia told reporters that in the field of solar-powered aircraft development, China started late, but it is unique. The aircraft represented by Rainbow Solar UAV entered the adjacent space, demonstrating China’s ambition to occupy a place in this field.

Rainbow has a high starting point and stood at the forefront of aviation as soon as it was born.

"Rainbow starts high, one ‘ Born ’ I stood at the forefront of aviation. " Through the innovative product Rainbow Solar UAV, the technical team of China has solved key technical problems such as overall, aerodynamics, flight control and efficient application of energy and power.

Jia Yongqing, deputy chief engineer of Rainbow UAV Technology Co., Ltd., a research institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, which is the research unit of Rainbow Solar UAV, said that the development of aviation technology should not be "born behind". Although the Rainbow Solar UAV started from "a blank sheet of paper", it was in line with the most advanced level in the world from the beginning.

Any scientific research progress is not smooth sailing. In 2013-2014, the development of Rainbow Solar UAV also encountered great challenges: the aircraft often "jumped up and down, swayed left and right" when flying in low altitude and strong turbulence. In order to solve this problem, the research team tackled the problem hard. In theory and engineering, it took more than a year to solve the problem of precise control of the UAV under complex meteorological conditions, which not only made the aircraft fly, but also flew steadily and high.

"At the same time, relevant researchers have gradually established and improved the design and test scheme of solar-powered aircraft by implementing the concept research of UAV platform and the development of small-scale verification machine, key technology research and scheme demonstration, and low-altitude and high-altitude flight tests of large-scale technical verification machine with a wingspan of more than 40 meters." Jia Yongqing said.

"Relying on the Rainbow solar drone and other projects, and supporting the development of high-strength lightweight graphene new materials, new solar cells, new energy storage methods and other technologies and products will help to further promote the development of China’s aviation industry." Shi Wen said that in the future, China’s solar drones will also develop in the direction of ultra-high altitude, ultra-long endurance, large-scale and practicality, and the prospects are worth looking forward to.

Data Relay, Aerial Surveillance, Emergency Communication … … Rainbow has a bright future.

The ultimate goal of scientific and technological progress is to serve mankind. Only by finding the right application market can we have the foundation and potential for sustainable development. Innovative products like Rainbow Solar UAV "aim" at the application needs of economic and social development and can provide multifunctional technical services and products.

According to the development plan, Rainbow Solar UAV will have the characteristics of "quasi-satellite" in the future. As an aerial platform, it will provide lasting data relay and 4G/5G communication, partially replace the communication satellite function, and realize uninterrupted situational awareness and relay communication service with full coverage of the region.

For example, a great application prospect of Rainbow Solar UAV is to build an "airborne mobile WIFI" base station, which can provide more convenient, cheap and responsive mobile communication and Internet access services for remote areas or islands, avoid the huge construction, use and maintenance costs of traditional optical fiber or microwave transmission, and lower the information threshold.

"From the perspective of extensive economic and social development, the field of solar drone service can also be extended to forest resources survey, agricultural survey, monitoring and forecasting of flood control, real-time assessment and rescue of major geological disasters." Shi Wen said that in the event of an earthquake, flood or forest fire, it can also replace the interrupted communication and maintain contact between the affected areas and the outside world.

Check yourself quickly | These smart household items that turn into "little spies" in minutes are spying on your privacy!

  The home camera rotates "autonomously"

  Smart TV "automatically" turned on

When I woke up, I didn’t know when the light was on.

Intelligent sweeping robot works under your nose.

The "invisible guest" is watching you quietly through the sensor camera built in the robot.

  … …

Recently, a brand of intelligent sweeping robot in South Korea has been exposed to security loopholes, and hackers can remotely control it to move freely in users’ homes and spy on personal privacy. While smart home appliances bring us a more comfortable life experience, their safety has always been worrying.

The risk of smart home appliances or "spy" information being leaked.

In a set of experiments, engineers demonstrated "cracking" home cameras and smart door locks. After a series of operations on the computer, the camera was successfully hacked, and the pictures taken by it were sent back to the engineer’s computer in real time. The system shows that the video storage capacity is gradually increasing.

  △ data map

In another experiment, engineers use the NFC function of mobile phone (communication technology that can realize interconnection without contact), swipe the door card with a preset mobile phone, and the matching information will be stored in the mobile phone, and then swipe the phone at the door lock to open it.

According to relevant technicians, if there are security risks, different smart home appliances may become different types of "small spies":

  "Eyes and ears" spy

  Home cameras, smart gateways, sweeping robots with cameras, smart TVs, game consoles and other devices are easy to become "eyes and ears" spies, and it is easy to reveal the privacy pictures of users’ homes after being remotely invaded, and may also cause information such as bank card passwords and social software accounts to be leaked;

  "attack class" spy

  Smart rice cookers and microwave ovens with certain functions may become "attack" spies, which may cause destructive accidents such as fires after being remotely controlled;

  "Coordination" spy

However, the increasingly popular security devices such as smart door locks may become "coping" spies, and "open the door" for criminals who commit crimes at home.

Post Bar, Group Selling and Cracking Smart Home Appliances Tutorial

In September this year, a survey found that in online social spaces such as Baidu Post Bar and Tencent QQ Group, there are many post bars and groups that resell the cracked account passwords of smart home devices, and even some post bars openly sell and crack tutorials about smart home devices.

In a QQ group called "Home Camera", owners and administrators post pictures taken by cracked home cameras from time to time. In order to avoid the detection of law enforcement agencies, its members use the "flash photo" function to show the user’s private picture, which must be viewed by using mobile QQ, and can not be captured during viewing, and will be automatically destroyed after viewing.

Crack, collect and sell … "Black Industry" through train

Because of the low difficulty in cracking smart home devices, high user usage rate and concentrated privacy information, it has gradually become an "industry" to "hack" smart home devices and steal personal privacy. Judging from the relevant cases that have been detected, cracking, collecting and peddling this series of illegal acts are often completed by one person. After the sales information is released through QQ group, Baidu Post Bar and other channels, buyers from all over the world will take the initiative to contact them, and the cost of time and money is extremely low.

Knock on the blackboard! Carefully choose smart home equipment.

Network security experts remind users that when purchasing smart home equipment, they should choose formal products produced by big brands and manufacturers as much as possible. For devices that can collect privacy information such as user’s pictures and sounds, such as home cameras, when users are at home, they can turn off the power supply and turn it on again after leaving home to avoid the disclosure of privacy information.

In addition, regarding how to prevent home cameras from being invaded, the police suggest:

  ① Don’t use the original preset and simplistic user name and password, and change them regularly;

  2 The camera should not be facing the privacy areas such as bedrooms and bathrooms;

  ③ Always check whether the camera angle has changed;

④ Develop the good habit of killing viruses regularly.

Can eating garlic and gargling with salt water prevent COVID-19? 18 rumors about the epidemic, don’t believe them!

Recently, all kinds of information about prevention and control in Covid-19 always occupy a prominent position. There are also many old and new rumors, which may make people have a wrong understanding of COVID-19 and adopt the wrong means in the process of preventing and treating COVID-19.

Don’t believe these 18 rumors about the epidemic!

  01

  These preventive methods are unfounded!

Spicy food such as garlic can prevent Covid-19 infection?

  There is no basis.

Allicin and its related nutrients did show a certain inhibitory effect on pathogenic microorganisms in vitro experiments, but it should be noted that,These are mostly the results of cell tests in vitro for components such as allicin or allicin, which are different from eating garlic every day.

Judging from the current epidemic situation, there is no evidence that eating more garlic can prevent people from being infected with COVID-19. Garlic has many health effects, and moderate intake is beneficial to health, but it is really difficult to prevent COVID-19.

Other onions, ginger, peppers and peppers are the same.

Can drinking white wine prevent Covid-19 infection?

Liquor does not have this function.

Although 75% of medical alcohol can be used to wipe the surface of an object and kill Covid-19, it can’t do anything about the virus that has already entered the body, not to mention that almost all white spirits can’t achieve such a high alcohol content of medical alcohol. Besides,Drinking alcohol itself may stimulate the human body, aggravate symptoms, and may affect the effect of taking medicine.Besides, drinking alcohol is inherently bad for health.

Can salt water gargle prevent Covid-19 infection?

Salt water does not have this function.

Team Zhong Nanshan refuted the rumor: gargling with salt water is beneficial to cleaning the mouth and throat, and is helpful for pharyngitis. But novel coronavirus invaded the respiratory tract, and there was no way to clean the respiratory tract by gargling.Secondly, at present, there is no research result suggesting that salt water can kill novel coronavirus.

  Can taking medicine prevent COVID-19?

  There is no such medicine.

At present, there is no drug that can definitely reduce the possibility of COVID-19 infection. Whether it is the so-called COVID-19 specific drug that is popular on the Internet or cold medicine, it is impossible to prevent Covid-19 infection by taking drugs in advance.Keep wearing a mask, wash your hands frequently, ventilate your home frequently and keep a social distance.Besides other protective measures, it is the right way to keep yourself healthy, exercise moderately and sleep well.

  02

  These operations are unnecessary!

Can the mask be cleaned and reused?

  You can’t.

At present,Both medical surgical masks and N95 protective masks are disposable products, and their protective performance may decrease after cleaning or disinfection.Because the mask used for a period of time may be attached with viruses, it may also bring pollution when cleaning. Therefore, we need to change new masks regularly, and if the masks are dirty and damaged, we should change them at any time.

COVID-19 can cause hypoxia, so you should prepare an oxygen generator at home?

If the family doesn’t need oxygen, there is no need to buy an oxygen generator to cope with COVID-19.

Oxygen inhalation therapy should be carried out under the guidance of a doctor. Too high concentration or too long time will lead to oxygen poisoning, so you must not judge for yourself.

Covid-19 infected people also need to take oxygen according to their condition.Asymptomatic and mild cases do not need oxygen inhalation, and ordinary cases need oxygen inhalation as needed;Severe and critical cases need oxygen inhalation, but the oxygen inhalation of Covid-19 infected people is also an adjuvant therapy, which needs to be used on the basis of combined treatment. To this extent, it is useless to only inhale oxygen at home.

Instead of preparing an oxygen generator, it is better to prepare a finger oximeter.

Can you identify Covid-19 infection by listening to a cough?

  Don’t take it seriously.

Positive novel coronavirus nucleic acid test is the gold standard for judging Covid-19 infection.Cough is just a symptom. Many diseases may cause cough, not necessarily caused by COVID-19. In addition, such small programs sometimes need to fill in personal information, which may cause sensitive information to be leaked, so everyone should be cautious.

Do you want to store some antigen test kits for regular testing to ensure that you are not infected?

  It’s not necessary.

Antigen testing should be used to determine whether it is Covid-19 infection after typical symptoms such as headache and fever have appeared, and there is no need to detect antigens regularly. Test once if you have symptoms, and test 1-mdash during illness; Twice, and considering that even repeated infections are usually separated by several months,In fact, we only need to keep 2— Three antigen test kits will be fine,There is absolutely no need to buy dozens of people at a time.

Infected with Covid-19, can it be better to take more drugs?

  Mistake.

This practice may be life-threatening. Each drug has strict usage and dosage, and correct medication can not only cure the disease, but also cause less side effects. Taking a variety of drugs without authorization can easily lead to repeated medication and overdose, which is harmful to human health. Although some drugs have different trade names, their chemical components are the same, and they still belong to the same drug. If they are used together at will, it is very easy to cause excessive intake of drugs and cause danger.

Therefore,If you have a doctor’s advice and prescription, you should take the medicine according to the doctor’s advice, and you should not add medicine at will. For mild patients treated at home, it is recommended to use drugs according to the guidelines of home treatment of the Health and Health Commission. Read the instructions carefully before taking the medicine, and don’t take several medicines at once.

  03

  These blame, masks don’t carry!

Wearing a mask can lead to lung nodules and turn into lung cancer?

  Don’t worry.

Many people have lung nodules, and the increase in the detection of lung nodules is mainly due to more advanced detection methods and more frequent screening, but it has nothing to do with masks. Besides, in most cases,"Pulmonary nodules ≠ Lung cancer "Don’t be too anxious. Wearing masks correctly is still one of the effective ways to resist Covid-19.

Wearing a mask can lead to hypoxia?

  Depending on the situation.

For healthy ordinary people, experiments have proved that even wearing a 7-layer medical surgical mask has little effect on blood oxygen saturation. butN95 or a mask with higher protective performance,It is more suitable for professionals in high-risk environment, or ordinary people who need to go to the hospital to wear it temporarily, because wearing the N95 mask for a long time may cause discomfort.

In addition, people who are prone to poor breathing, such as smokers, emphysema patients and obese people, wearing N95 masks may make things worse and even aggravate their breathing problems.

The mask contains graphene, which is harmful to human health?

  Fake.

At present, the so-called "graphene masks" sold in the market are mostly gimmicks, such as a "biomass graphene" raw material, which has been verified to be processed from straw. It is worth noting that some mask materials use nano-scale activated carbon.Wearing an activated carbon mask for a long time does pose the risk of inhaling particles. For daily epidemic prevention, the public should choose protective masks that meet the national standard, and do not choose gimmicks.

The mask contains ethylene oxide, which will cause cancer when worn?

  Don’t worry.

Ethylene oxide is a common and easy-to-use disinfectant, which can be used for low-temperature sterilization. Food packaging, baby diapers, sanitary napkins, masks, etc. can all be disinfected with ethylene oxide. Ethylene oxide itself is volatile,The mask is disinfected with ethylene oxide. After disinfection, it will stand and dissipate for a period of time according to the regulations, and it can only be sold on the market after the content reaches a safe range. So don’t worry about buying qualified masks.

  04

  These worries are unnecessary!

Have a fever is infected with Covid-19?

  Not necessarily.

Fever is only a symptom, not a diagnosis of disease. You can’t judge what disease you have by your fever, so you can’t diagnose COVID-19 by the symptom of "fever". The diagnosis and treatment plan also says that the diagnosis should be made according to the comprehensive analysis of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations and laboratory tests. Positive novel coronavirus nucleic acid test is the primary criterion for diagnosis. "

Eating oranges, oranges and other fruits can lead to positive antigen test?

  It’s unlikely.

If the operation is correct during antigen detection, the sampling site is nasal mucosa, even if you eat oranges, you will not come into contact with orange juice here, so it has no effect. butOrange juice can make the antigen test positive because it destroys the suitable pH environment. However, this in itself does not meet the sampling standards, and the results are meaningless, which does not mean that the antigen detection is inaccurate.

The strains prevalent in Beijing are more virulent than those in Guangzhou, which makes people feel worse?

  That’s not true.

Whether it is uncomfortable or not is mainly personal feelings. In fact, the BF.7 mutant prevalent in Beijing and the BA.5.2 mutant prevalent in Guangzhou are both branches of Omicron, and their infectivity and pathogenicity will not change substantially. As for the different personal symptoms, this may be related to factors such as physical fitness, age, and whether there is a basic disease.

Sooner or later, everyone wants Yang, so it’s better to get infected as early as possible, as early as Erwin Engst?

  Don’t try.

After being infected with Covid-19, you will gain immunity against this strain within a certain period of time, but that doesn’t mean you won’t be infected again. Compared with Delta and its previous variants, Omicron is more likely to cause reinfection. Besides,Repeated infections still have a certain risk of serious illness. It will be transmitted to high-risk groups such as the elderly at home and those with basic diseases. Therefore, we should still pay attention to personal protection and vaccinate in time.

  COVID-19’s sequela is very serious?

  Not really.

Tong Zhaohui, an expert in respiratory critical illness, said that the research on post-COVID-19 symptoms is aimed at the previous strains. At present, it should be said that there is no observation of post-COVID-19 symptoms in Omicron. But,More than 90% of Omicron is asymptomatic and mild, and its symptoms are mainly manifested in the upper respiratory tract. For example, low to moderate fever, cough, sore throat, 5 days, 7 days will be fine.

From the common sense, there should be no sequela, because it is in the upper respiratory tract and does not affect the organs and tissues in our body. At least there is no relevant literature at home and abroad to support this statement.

Beijing International Film Festival Summit Forum Zhang Ziyi Haoran Liu talks about the "peak" performance.

1905 movie network news On August 16th, the 12th Beijing International Film Festival Film Power Forum was held in Beijing. Filmmakers such as,,,,,, Huangfu Yichuan and Tan Zheng gathered together to share their creative experience from different dimensions such as director, screenwriter and performance, and to discuss the theme of the forum "Exploration, pursuit and creation of’ peak’ film works".

What kind of movies can be counted as "peak works"? How can we create a peak work? Huang Jianxin, who has multiple identities such as director, screenwriter and producer, said that quantity and peak are equally important. Movies are the work of all departments and jobs, and the creation of peak works also requires the joint efforts of the whole industry. The "peak" needs to be climbed. Only when the team has good stories, people’s feelings, artistic imagination, open thinking and eclectic spirit can it climb up bit by bit.

Dasheng Zheng said that the more "peak" it is, the more it will fall on the ground. Directors should learn to "dive deep" and touch the essence of human emotions. They should have universal expressions that are universally applicable, as well as Chinese’s unique thoughts and feelings, and then find accurate language to convey, so that they can experience the choice of the times and the test of time. Only in this way can a work be called "peak".

From the perspective of performing arts, Zhang Ziyi emphasized the importance of professional ability and firm mind in the current creative environment, and the "peak" works are hard to meet. She said that the performance that makes the audience unforgettable and empathetic will be close to the "peak" performance. But this can’t be achieved by one person’s energy, and it needs collective energy to create.

She also suggested that actors should let themselves enter a state of "flow of mind" with no distractions and all efforts, and abandon all distractions and interference, so that they can hopefully create a "peak" performance. Taking her creative process of self-directing and acting as an example, she tried to be a director for the first time, which broadened her thinking space and enabled her to "understand" and interpret the role more deeply.

Haoran Liu also starts from the actor’s own job, and he thinks that the performance of "Peak" movies can stand the test of time and stay in the audience’s memory permanently and continuously. As for the role of youth power in the creation of "Peak" movies, he proposed that young actors should have fearless spirit, abundant exploration desire and curiosity, combining the roles that Su Yu and Liu Renjing in China have played.

Shu Huan, a screenwriter who has created a large number of comedies, suggested that in the face of the impact of short videos, the short-cut comedy has lost its "position" and filmmakers should return to the essence of comedy. "The lower limit of comedy is to make the audience laugh; The upper limit is drama, that is, characters and emotions. The rise of short content has forced comedy film creation to be more pure, starting with the characters and emphasizing the integrity of the story and the sense of work. "

Lan Xiaolong

Lan Xiaolong has been deeply involved in the creation of military works for many years and shared his own experience in creation. Regarding the definition of "peak" movies, he first thinks that movies are sociology and "culture", that is, culture is about people. What really melts civilization into it is the "peak" movie. At the same time, the "peak" film needs the circulation and addition of commercial attributes, but more importantly, it can grasp the impression of the audience and stand the test of time.

As the year is approaching, have you figured out all these problems concerning the money bag?

CCTV News:The Chinese New Year is coming, and the topic of "thirteen salaries" is getting hotter and hotter. What exactly is "thirteen salaries"? What’s the difference with the "year-end award"? Can everyone get it? What else should we pay attention to about the money bag?

Is "Thirteen Salaries" and Year-end Awards the same thing?

"Thirteen salaries" means the thirteenth monthly salary, also known as "double salary at the end of the year", which means that the unit pays one more month’s salary to the individual according to the prescribed procedures.

In the 1980s, foreign-funded enterprises had more autonomy in the distribution of wages, and the policy allowed these enterprises to pay one month’s salary at the end of the year instead of paying various kinds of meals and transportation subsidies to state-owned enterprises. In this sense, thirteen salaries more reflect the comprehensive distribution of various subsidies.

Now, with the national reform of enterprise wage distribution, some domestic-funded enterprises have also borrowed the method of thirteen salaries. In this sense, the thirteen salaries of many enterprises have a certain year-end reward nature.

The year-end bonus refers to the one-time bonus paid to employees by withholding agents such as administrative organs, enterprises and institutions according to their annual economic benefits and comprehensive assessment of employees’ annual work performance.

The difference between the two is that "thirteen salaries" can better reflect the fairness of incentives; The year-end bonus can better reflect the results of performance appraisal.

Are there as many "thirteen salaries" as year-end bonuses?

In the absence of specific provisions, there is a slight difference in the calculation base between the two: the year-end award has certain uncertainty in the calculation amount.

For the calculation base of "thirteen salaries", if the employer has clear regulations, it will be implemented in accordance with the regulations; If the employer does not clearly stipulate, the judicial practice tends to use the average wage of workers in the current year as the calculation base; For those who should pay thirteen salaries when the labor contract is terminated in the middle of the year, the judicial practice tends to take the average salary of workers for 12 months before the termination as the calculation base of thirteen salaries.

How to pay "thirteen salaries"?

Like the year-end bonus, the laws and regulations do not make specific provisions on the employer’s payment of "thirteen salaries", which belongs to the category of independent management of enterprises, and the company can consider whether and how to pay according to its own situation.

If there is no explicit stipulation in the enterprise and there is no practice before, the workers cannot force the unit to pay double salary at the end of the year. The standard of the thirteenth month’s salary is basic salary or full salary or bonus, which is completely determined according to the agreement between the enterprise and employees or the provisions of the enterprise’s salary and welfare policy.

Therefore,Different enterprises have different regulations on the payment of "thirteen salaries".Some enterprises stipulate in the Employee Handbook that at the end of the Lunar New Year, the company will give employees one month’s salary as a bonus, and the bonus will be calculated in proportion to the employees who joined the company that year and passed the probation period before December 31. Employees with poor attendance, poor performance or violation of discipline cannot get this bonus.

Can you send it or not only depends on the boss’s mood?

Some enterprises stipulate that employees must meet many conditions in order to get double pay at the end of the year:

Employees must have served in the company for three months in the current year; You must still work in the company on the day of double pay; Employees who resign or terminate the labor contract through negligence or non-negligence before the double pay date will not be entitled to the annual double pay … …

With so many conditions, does it mean that whether the "thirteen salaries" and the year-end bonus are issued depends on whether the boss is happy or not?As a matter of fact, thirteen salaries and year-end bonus are all components of wages, and employers cannot violate labor laws and regulations in the process of issuing thirteen salaries and year-end bonus. The Labor Contract Law stipulates that the labor remuneration must be clearly defined in the terms of the labor contract. Therefore, if workers want to protect their right to get "thirteen salaries" or year-end bonus at the end of the year, they must make clear the relevant rules and regulations of the unit in advance and be familiar with the labor contract.

If the labor contract or unit rules and regulations stipulate the amount or calculation method of "thirteen salaries" or year-end bonus, and the laborer has paid the labor, the unit should pay it in full according to the regulations.

Can employees who leave early and are new get it that year?

If the year-end bonus is not clearly stipulated in the labor contract or the company’s rules and regulations, according to the principle of equal pay for equal work, the labor dispute arbitration institution or court will generally support the resigned employees to get a certain percentage of the year-end bonus.

Like former employees, if the company’s rules and regulations and labor contracts do not clearly stipulate the year-end bonus, according to the principle of equal pay for equal work, labor dispute arbitration institutions or courts will generally support "new employees" to get a certain percentage of the year-end bonus.

Will the integral be cleared if it is not used?

At the end of the year, it is also the peak period of forwarding information similar to "points need not be cleared". It is understood that several major operators do have the system of clearing points, but it is best to log in to operator official website for details.

Credit card points

It’s not just the phone bill. For some credit card holders, the amount of credit card swiping is tens of thousands of yuan every year, but they have never exchanged points for gifts. Some people think that the points in bank cards are permanently valid, but in fact, the validity period of credit card points in different banks is different, and there are great differences.

More complicated than the deadline is the value of the integral. Points used to be a sword for banks to promote credit cards, but with the increasing popularity of credit cards, points are becoming less and less valuable. Generally speaking, for every dollar spent by swiping a card, a point will be generated. Official website, a credit card center of a bank, shows that gifts can hardly be exchanged under 10,000 points, while 50,000 points can be exchanged for a pillow with tens of dollars, while it takes 3.87 million points to exchange an Apple 6 mobile phone.

Consumption membership card points

In order to attract consumers’ secondary consumption, many shopping malls and supermarkets generally adopt the integral membership card system. However, in order not to lose points in vain, many people seem to be redeeming points, but in fact they are busy spending money at the end of the year, especially women.

Remind consumers not to spend blindly just to use points. In addition, unlike communication operators and bank credit cards, the points of shopping malls and supermarkets are generally one year. As merchants have the final right to interpret points redemption, the ways to inform users are different, reminding consumers to check in time to avoid missing them.

Reminder: There is a trap in the redemption of points at the end of the year!

The mobile phone receives a short message from the bank, and the points are exchanged for cash packages. Click to fill in the relevant information, and the funds in the card will be stolen. Police reminder: When you receive similar messages, you must be more careful, especially to remind you of points redemption and other information. You must be more screened and verified by official telephone and official website.

Pay attention to redeeming points at the end of the year

① Look for the official Internet websites, mobile phone websites and credit card points of major banks to exchange for official websites, and be wary of logging in by searching for websites or clicking on links provided by others;

② When redeeming points, please pay attention to checking the points information in the SMS verification code for redeeming points. There will be no "virtual deduction" when the bank points are exchanged. If the message is prompted as payment information, please be highly vigilant;

3 Bank staff will not ask cardholders for sensitive information such as dynamic verification codes and passwords of credit cards, and do not disclose them. Any request is fraud;

(4) If you have any questions about the received 95533, 95588, 10086 and other related short messages, it is suggested that you don’t do anything for the time being, and consult the staff of banks, telecommunications and other outlets as soon as possible;

⑤ It is suggested to install security software (such as Tencent Manager) on mobile phones to screen fraudulent short messages and identify phishing websites, and pay attention to upgrading the software regularly;

⑥ Once you click the link, you find that the mobile phone can’t receive short messages, and the phone or card is stolen. You should immediately reinstall the mobile phone system, restore the factory settings or use anti-virus software to kill viruses. At the same time, it is necessary to freeze all third-party accounts and online banking in mobile phones at the first time, and inform relatives and friends in the address book, delete short messages in time, and do not click on links to avoid expanding risk losses.

⑦ Don’t click on unknown links, pictures and files!

He endured the torment of liver disease, trudged more than 5,000 miles by bicycle and iron footboard, visited more than 120 of the 149 production brigades in the county, measured, numbered and plotted all the tuyeres, sand dunes and canals one by one, and formulated a scientific plan to control the "three evils". Sometimes the liver area hurts so much that I can’t stand up straight, ride a car, hold a pen and still stick to my post and rush to the front line. He always appears in front of the masses when they are most in need and need help. He has the people of the whole county in his heart, but not himself. He led the people in the county to struggle hard, planted trees to control desertification and achieved remarkable results. In May 1964, Jiao Yulu died of liver cancer at the age of 42. He is known as "an example of the county party secretary". In 1966, he was chased as a revolutionary martyr by the Henan Provincial People’s Government.

A "new virus" strikes? Expert: Human metapneumovirus is a common virus, mostly recessive infection.

At present, it is the high incidence of respiratory diseases in winter. Recently, the topic of "human metapneumovirus" has aroused widespread concern, and there are even rumors that it is an unknown new virus. So,What exactly is human metapneumovirus? How should the general population prevent it? The National Bureau of Disease Control and Prevention recently organized relevant experts to introduce the relevant situation and prevention knowledge of human metapneumovirus to the public.

According to experts, human metapneumovirus is a common virus that causes acute respiratory infection. It was discovered by Dutch scientists in 2001, but research shows that it has existed in humans for more than 60 years and is not a new strain. Human metapneumovirus is prevalent in winter and spring in China, mainly from December to April of the following year.

Huang Fang, Deputy Director of the Institute of Immunoprevention, Beijing CDC:Since December 2024, the positive rate of human metapneumovirus detection has gradually increased, which is slightly higher than that in 2023, but the relatively high positive rate does not mean that the epidemic intensity has also changed significantly. Our monitoring in Beijing for more than ten years shows that the change of epidemic intensity is related to the epidemic cycle. Generally speaking, when an epidemic cycle is at a low epidemic level, then a high epidemic season may follow, which is what we often call high epidemic year and low epidemic year.

According to the monitoring of China CDC, the national human metapneumovirus was found in the first week of 2025 (December 30, 2024 — On January 5, 2025, the positive rate was 6.2%, which was far lower than the positive rate of influenza virus (35.5%), and it was not the dominant pathogen of respiratory infectious diseases in China at present.

Expert tip: Human metapneumovirus is mostly recessive infection.

According to experts, human metapneumovirus infection is usually mild, mostly recessive infection, and the symptoms are relatively obvious in young children and the elderly.

Children’s symptoms include cough, rhinitis, fever and asthma. Fever is rare in adults, mainly manifested as cough, rhinitis and asthma. Human metapneumovirus infection is self-limited and can be completely improved in about 1 week.

Zhang Hong, Chief Physician of Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Peking Union Medical College Hospital:The infection of human metapneumovirus is not a new phenomenon, and its symptoms are mild, so the public need not worry too much after infection. Generally speaking, if the symptoms are mild after infection, many patients just have symptoms such as cough and rhinitis, and there is no need to go to the hospital. Usually, they have a good rest at home and can usually get better within a few days. If the patient has obvious wheezing, or if the patient has a fever that persists for a long time, we still recommend going to the hospital for treatment.

At present, there are no targeted antiviral drugs for human metapneumovirus infection, and vaccines are also under development. Human metapneumovirus infection is similar to other viral respiratory infections. The infected person is the main source of infection, which is mainly transmitted through droplets and close contact, and can also be indirectly transmitted through contact with articles contaminated by the virus. The epidemic peak is in winter and spring in the northern region, and in some southern regions, winter or wet rainy season is the peak of infection, and it will be detected at other times. Therefore, the public can prevent infection by strengthening personal protection and other measures, such as washing hands frequently, wearing masks and keeping social distance.

30 billion box office is not enough. Huge capital is changing the film pattern in China.

NeoImage_ copy.jpg

At present, the strong attraction of China movies to outside funds is unstoppable.

Special feature of 1905 film network At present, the movie market is the most "not bad money" in China: the box office output has increased by more than 30% for six consecutive years, and the total amount is expected to exceed 30 billion this year, achieving a 200% increase in the number of people watching movies. Under such an industrial background, funds from all walks of life are scrambling to enter the film and television industry, and film companies are constantly expanding their business maps. As of the first three quarters, the total capital operation value of the film and television industry has already reached tens of billions, far behind the "seemingly amazing" box office estimate. It can be said that capital is constantly changing the pattern of China films.

Now the question is, what kind of influence does such frequent and huge capital operation have on the future development of China films?

Multi-layout of "Internet-based" M&A and expansion of film industry

In the first three quarters of 2014, Huayi Brothers made frequent moves in the Internet field: in June, it acquired the selling network; In July, the online game strategic plan was announced at China Joy (China International Digital Interactive Entertainment Exhibition); In August, the new media platform Star Shadow Alliance was launched to develop fan economy … … In response to these attempts, Wang Zhonglei, president of Huayi Brothers, responded in an industry forum: "With the advent of the Internet era, Huayi’s corporate structure and business layout are bound to change. We need to constantly strengthen inter-industry cooperation to adapt to the development trend of the network economy. "

At present, Huayi Brothers is deploying its interactive entertainment business group. In fact, as early as four years ago, they began to target the Internet industry for multi-party layout. In June 2010, Huayi acquired a 22% stake in Palm Technology for 145 million yuan. In 2011, Tencent was introduced as a strategic investment partner. In 2012, Huayi International, a wholly-owned subsidiary, invested in Domi Music. In 2014, Huayi once again spent 672 million yuan to control Guangzhou Yinhan Technology. For the purpose of acquisition, the company explained: "Improve the layout of the industrial chain and bring new revenue growth points to both parties."

This model has been widely recognized in the process of the integration of traditional film and television companies and the Internet. In addition to Huayi Brothers, Enlight Media also successively invested RMB 160 million and RMB 230 million in two online game companies, Fun Life and Xianhai Technology, and then spent RMB 176 million and RMB 208 million to win the hot air network and animation company Guangzhou Blue Fox. Li Li, chairman of Heli Guang Chen International Culture Media, said that for traditional film companies, the space of the online market is huge: "In 2013, the box office revenue of several major film companies was 4 billion yuan, while the Internet industry only brought related benefits from the game industry chain, which exceeded 80 billion yuan."

The pace of industry integration of film and television companies to "de-film" has accelerated.

On October 23rd, Huayi Brothers officially announced its third quarter 2014 financial report. It shows that the company’s film business income dropped by 74.76% compared with the same period of last year, but the overall operating profit maintained a growth of 13.07%. These data are enough to show that Huayi Brothers is fully implementing the development strategy of "de-filming". Wang Zhonglei said that Huayi Brothers expects to rely on the expansion of downstream industries to bring about the brand’s liquidity, and on the basis of maintaining the two core advantages of film content and star-making ability, accelerate the pace of business integration of the company.

China’s film industry needs to own and improve its industrial chain if it really wants to compete with Hollywood. And a complete industrial chain means that online and offline must develop simultaneously. On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, Huayi Brothers announced the opening of "Huayi Xiaogang Feng Film Commune" and officially launched the cultural tourism project. Light Media, which urgently needs to explore business transformation, has also planned to spend 10 billion yuan to build "China Film World" in Shanghai. However, compared with the "Oriental Film Capital" built by Wanda Group, a subsidiary of Wanda Pictures, which cost 50 billion yuan, it was immediately "dwarfed". If Leonardo DiCaprio, Nicole Kidman and other Hollywood superstars were invited to help open the red carpet a year ago, it still belongs to the local tyrants’ school, then the film and television base under construction, which integrates the comprehensive functions of film and television location, film and television production, film and television exhibition and film and television tourism, has begun to take on the momentum of "Oriental Hollywood". As a pioneer in the combination of film and real estate, Wanda has identified film production base and cultural real estate as new areas of core functional industries, attracting domestic and foreign film and television companies to settle down, which indicates that China film industry has taken a key step towards Hollywood’s mature development layout model.

In the third quarter of 2014, the performance of LeTV and its LeTV film industry was quite eye-catching. Its own network DNA allows LeTV to save the link of "internetization" and focus more on downstream industries. While relying on movies such as TV and TV to seize the market share of the big screen, we have completed the construction of the whole product line of super tv. The performance report shows that the sales volume of its super tv products has increased rapidly, and the ecological effect has been highlighted, which has helped the company to establish a diversified business model of "diversified content+diversified channel layout+diversified users+diversified income" and promoted the company’s profit to increase steadily.

Outside the film industry, financial capital and traditional enterprises have entered the market one after another.

Not only do film and television companies choose to diversify their industry layout and obtain capital support through different channels, but a large number of financial capital and enterprises in traditional industries also prefer this industry. On the one hand, the booming film and television industry in recent years makes investors expect to get high returns in a short time; On the other hand, it also shows the urgent transformation needs of some traditional enterprises. Therefore, compared with the situation in the same period in 2013, most of the industry mergers and acquisitions were led by tycoons such as Huayi Brothers and Light Media, the trend of film and television resources integration spreading to the outside world in 2014 was quite obvious.

In the past, PE(Private Equity Private Equity Fund) has been simply seeking cooperation with initial public offerings. Huayi Brothers, Huace Film and Television and other companies have successfully listed through this cooperation model. Nowadays, with the expansion of the film and television industry capital market, PE has gradually withdrawn from IPO business, and the concept of "M&A fund" has begun to rise, and it is not difficult to find the figure of cultural and entertainment industry. Relevant people in the industry pointed out that under the premise that the expected profit is optimistic and the industrial income is growing, film and television are very competitive in attracting investment in the financial industry. Compared with the long capital freeze period and fluctuating yield of IPO, the return on investing in movies is obviously faster and much higher than the former.

According to statistics, as of press time, the total value of capital operation involving the film and television industry in 2014 has exceeded 10 billion. In addition to the financial industry mentioned above, many traditional enterprises have begun to choose "cross-border" under the influence of factors such as the investment profit rate and the decline of main business profits. In August, Zhongji Holdings, which transformed from the traditional manufacturing industry, spent 1.5 billion yuan to bring Confucianism Xinxin Film into the door; In September, Royal Dairy officially issued an announcement to purchase 100% equity of Yujia Film and Television for 205 million yuan; During the Golden Week of November, Beijing tourism was in the limelight for a while because of investment. In the end, the box office of this film broke through the 1.1 billion mark, and another work that was previously released also achieved good results. The industry estimated that Beijing tourism could gain 100 million yuan by relying on the transformation of film and television this year, which more than tripled the net profit of 32 million in the same period last year. Judging from the company’s fixed-income plan, they will also plan to raise 3.3 billion yuan, of which 2.52 billion yuan will be used to acquire three cultural media and brokerage companies, completely shifting their business from a single tourism service to paying equal attention to tourism and film and television culture.

High return leads to capital aggregation, cross-border financing enhances professionalism and avoids risks.

On the one hand, the traditional industry is caught in the predicament of slow development, and on the other hand, the film and television industry is facing the opportunity of market expansion. At present, the strong attraction of China films to foreign funds is unstoppable. For those investors who have fought many battles, what is there in the film circle that is worth throwing money into?

Gao Jun, general manager of Guosheng Film, pointed out in an interview with 1905 Film Network: "What do these outside investors see? It is a return of 10 million yuan and 300 million yuan. It is a myth that investing 30 million yuan to earn 1.2 billion yuan. In contrast, the investment prospects of other industries are much dimmer, which also makes China’s film and television industry form a capital aggregation effect. " However, Gao Jun also admitted that most irrational investments that lack the guidance of professional teams will become bubbles: "The annual output of movies can reach 700-800, while only 200-300 are in the cinema. Even if you enter the cinema, it is not 100% profitable, basically following the 2: 8 law, and only 20% make money. " About three years ago, all kinds of hot money poured into the film circle, and all kinds of small movies came one after another. Gao Jun once revealed that a boss invested in a movie and lost all his money. He almost jumped out of the window in front of him. In these three years, after the survival of the fittest, those who blindly invest are not without, but the cakes left to them are getting smaller and smaller, and the industry is developing and maturing. Those who can stay must have their own advantages.

Abandoning the blindness of "no return" to enter the film industry, now hot money outside the industry begins to operate in a standardized way through formal capital channels and professional venture capital teams, which not only reduces investment risks, but also ensures investment returns. For example, in September 2014, LeTV Pictures, which ranked TOP3 in the mainland film company, completed the B round of financing with the participation of Hengtai Capital and other companies, with a quota of 340 million; In the same month, Huanya Media Group, a well-known entertainment company, jointly established Longhu Capital with SM Entertainment and Fubon Group to raise funds for international investors, with the first-stage target of 100 million US dollars (about 600 million yuan). The combination of film and television companies and capital is more standardized and systematic.

Both foreign investors holding hot money and film and television companies in the ups and downs industry have seen the unstoppable trend of cultural industry upgrading behind the box office output of China films. For investors, this is an opportunity that the capacity and consumption power are still growing and the prospects are bright. In the eyes of film and television companies, the current rapid development of the industry provides them with an excellent platform to extend the industrial chain and broaden business channels. In a word, the box office revenue of 30 billion yuan can’t meet the rapidly developing market demand and space. Industry capital will realize the change from quantity to quality through the integrated operation of seizing every minute, and jointly help China film industry to mature.
